Michael J. Cerminaro
Co-founding Partner, Sound Harbor Partners, LLC
Mr. Cerminaro has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking and alternative asset management industry. His expertise is in below investment grade corporate credit and private equity. Mr. Cerminaro is currently a co-founder and managing partner of Sound Harbor Partners LLC. From 2000 to 2008 he was a Managing Director and one of the original senior partners of BlackRock Private Equity Partners ("BLK PEP"). He successfully managed $5.4 billion in private equity commitments on behalf of a global mix of institutional and high net worth investors. In addition to committing significant private equity capital to primary funds as well as secondary transactions, he also committed over $2 billion of capital to 55 direct investments alongside premier private equity firms in the U.S. and in Europe. He has served as a member of the advisory board for a diverse group of global private equity firms. He also served as a member of BLK PEP's Management Committee, Chairman of the Internal Investment Committee and Chairman of the Portfolio Valuation Committee.
Prior to joining BLK PEP, Mr. Cerminaro served as an Executive Director of UBS Warburg, LLC, and was a co-founder of that firm’s global Private Equity Advisory Group. From 1985 until joining UBS Warburg, LLC, in 1997, Mr. Cerminaro was employed at Banc of America Securities, Inc. (f.k.a. NationsBanc Capital Markets, Inc.), where he was a Managing Director and co-founder of their Private Equity Advisory Group. Mr. Cerminaro has extensive global experience in advising private equity firms in the areas of leveraged finance, high yield, M&A, public equity offerings, and foreign tax strategies for optimal capital structure considerations. During his career, Mr. Cerminaro has served as a lead or a co-lead advisor/underwriter to private equity firms in support of portfolio company acquisitions with transaction values in excess of $31 billion.
Mr. Cerminaro earned an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from The State University of New York at Brockport.

Michelle Eichner

Previously, Ms. Eichner was a strategic business consultant at Net Perceptions, an industry-leading provider of predictive analytic solutions for the multi-channel retail, manufacturing and distribution industries. There she consulted on multi-channel proprietary promotions and demand optimization software that assisted clients by improved market basket size, drive traffic, increased revenues, reduced cost and optimized supply chain.
Ms. Eichner earned her Master of Science degree in direct marketing from Northwestern University and her Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing from Drake University.
