Email: More Than A Sales Tool

Getting an email usually means getting an offer or being solicited, right?  But email isn’t just for selling. It’s a communications tool and a way to build and maintain a relationship with your subscribers and customers.

Lately I’ve received regular updates from a financial institution, telling me how they’re handling a sticky situation, reassuring me, and letting me know I have a person to contact if I had any questions.  Although it was not a personalized email the point came across and grabbed my attention.
